Following the news that Lucas Silva failed his medical with Sporting CP due to a heart condition, a Twitter rumor began circulating that he has used his Instagram bio to hint at retirement. However, he has actually had that same quote on his profile at least since January 30, 2015. The snapshot of his Instagram profile can be seen here in a cached page.
